Dissatisfaction with the quality of services during a paid subscription period does not, by itself, guarantee a refund or compensation. Any eligible refund will be assessed in accordance with applicable requirements.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of their subscriptions in accordance with applicable SEBI regulations and guidelines.
Where a refund is applicable, the amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the subscription period, after accounting for the service period already used and any deductions permitted under applicable laws and regulations.
